SESSION RECAP:
On Ready'Reat 18th, Korin arrives at Dyvers with a group of travellers. Also, Mia and Tranaccatlo meet and elf named Corax, who is willing to join them in their adventures. All of them together agree to travel to the Tower of Zenopus and continue their research on the pirates.
After three days of travel they reach the Tower without any problems. They manage to defeat a group of goblins by outsmarting them and utilising Corax' talent in mimicry. Once they have captured some of them, they interrogated them and learned that they have an alliance with a wizard who lives in the tower. They force them to lure the wizard out. He quickly realises that it's a trap and sends some pirates against the party. However the party persuades the pirates to change sides and quickly they doublecross him. THOUGHTS AFTER THE SESSION:
This was the debut of another player who will participate in many sessions. I know the player who handles Corax in real life, he is a great player usually playing KnK, a greek osr inspired by odnd. This was also the first time that I had 4 players in one session in this campaign. Usually we have 3, in many sessions we have 2 but it was the first one to have 4.
Such a big number could cause problems, although the party progressed normally. I think that in online games, even when you have only 4 players you need to have a caller to make sure that you know who does what and that everyone has a chance to speak.
Besides that, Corax was of great help and as future sessions will point out, his gold loving nature is both a strength and a weakness. Of course, that's the nature of adventuring!
Let's see where the party's lust for gold will lead them now! With the wizard ready to talk and make himself usefull, things are looking good for the party! We shall find out!
