SESSION RECAP:

After some consideration, the party decides to not delve into a deeper level of the dungeon but to continue exploring the current level. After a while, they will meet a group of strong zombies, some of them having the form of an elf that forced the party to retreat. Nardik lost consiouness and many of the party were heavily wounded. However, before they go they decided to search even more the current floor.

In the western part of the dungeon, they met a group of orcs, kobolds and troglodytes that they easily forced out and looted. After that, they decided to go outside, camp and come back the next day, so that the magic users can have access to their spells again.

Indeed, the next day they reenter the dungeon and fight the zombies. By using their spells and all of their flasks of oil they manage to overpower them. In their room they find many electrum coins and a strong longsword. Now, they are ready to delve deeper into the dungeon.

THOUGHTS AFTER THE SESSION:

This dungeon adventure is going better than I thought. In this dungeon there are many secret doors that I used to have the orcs and the kobolds form a defensive strategy. Of course, they stood no chance against such higher level opponents but it was worth it.

The zombies was also a nice addition. These were monster zombies, 6 hd creatures and were proven a tough nut to break. However, the players will realise that their efforts were not in vain, as their new longsword is really strong.

I am curious to see what they will do from now on. The dungeon can get tougher if they continue but once more, it will be rewarding. Let's find out!
